A Cold Day in Hell is coming!

The long-awaited sequel to The Last Angel To Fall is about to arrive with a shocking revelation.

When we last saw Jubal Stone at the conclusion of The Last Angel To Fall, he was confined to a sick bed at the American Embassy in Hell. The sequel picks up a couple of months later with a subdued Jubal waiting to be sent home. When the American ambassador disappears, Jubal is put in charge of the investigation. What he learns shakes the foundations of everything we thought possible.

Surrounded by people he doesn't know, Jubal is relieved to have his former partner, Mike Palmer, at his side, but soon realizes that something happened that has changed him. Jubal is no longer sure he can trust him.

Lucifer has gone into hiding after being attacked by the Archangel Immanuel, the spy God sent with an incurable disease He created to kill the immortal Lucifer. Jubal is cheered by this knowledge until he learns that unless the Embassy's geneticists can find a cure, the King of Hell has vowed to destroy the embassy and send his demons through the dimensional vortex to attack America.

Suspicious of the geneticists working to cure Lucifer, Jubal leads a raid on their labs and private residences. What he finds becomes a source of personal grief that threatens to undermine his ability to complete the investigation.

When Jubal arrests the senior geneticist and shuts down her work, he is challenged to attend Lucifer's next medical treatment.

From A Cold Day in Hell:

Come with me!”

I stopped but did not turn to face her.

To the next treatment. To see Lucifer. Come with me, Jubal, and you'll see a genuine miracle.

A Cold Day in Hell, Book II of the Jubal Stone Series, is coming soon to Amazon.
