Fallen Angel on a killing spree

The Fallen Angel is on the run – and he's leaving a trail of dead bodies in his wake. Federal Agent Jubal Stone is closing in on him, but he is also being pursued by a rogue CIA Agent who will stop at nothing to get his hands on the Rebel Angel – even if it means killing Jubal.
