Readers love a novel that makes them think

Readers talk about The Last Angel To Fall

Kirkus Reviews says: A powerhouse first volume in a supernatural-thriller series. . . an extremely winning variation on the . . . model of Dan Brown’s 2003 bestseller The Da Vinci Code that offers a compelling combination of interagency thriller and supernatural fantasy.

This controversial urban fantasy-interagency spy thriller has been a hit with readers who enjoy being surprised by clever plot twists that they didn't see coming but make perfect sense within the story world.

Below are just some of the comments from the many readers who have left reviews on Amazon.com for The Last Angel To Fall:

Actual reader review: This isn’t your typical angels and demons story—by the end, you’re not sure who is right, or if there is a right side at all.

Actual reader review: a story full of heart and unexpected twists, a very well-written page turner with well-developed characters I'd recommend to everyone.

Actual reader review: If you can put your religious bias to the side and give this novel an open minded approach you will enjoy the twists and turns of this battle of good and evil. The story is detailed with creativity and originality and is chock full with symbolism driven to keep you at the edge of your seat. A natural page turner.

Actual reader review: The story is exciting and full of unexpected twists. It is tense and emotional as well as thought-provoking and chilling.

Actual reader review: I never thought a thriller-fantasy novel could affect me emotionally by relating to the main character, Jubal. At first, I thought, this is just some ordinary good-evil-angels-demons novel but I was totally wrong.

Actual reader review: The concept of humanity only knowing one half of the story regarding God’s war with Lucifer is an interesting one and I don’t think I’ve seen it in any other series. There’s a hint of Robert Ludlum’s Bourne trilogy here which I quite like.”

Actual reader review: This book serves as a "what if" to the current state of affairs to the world's secret underground organizations involving the CIA and their intricate entanglement of power with hidden agencies and affiliations. It's full of intrigue and mystery and conspiracy-theory level premise that's guaranteed to leave you thinking deeper.

Actual reader review: A unique take on the "fallen angel" story, full of espionage and real-world consequences. Also raises moral and ethical dilemmas which prompt questions concerning our world's nature and history.

Actual reader review: This book will have you challenging and thinking about what you believe from so many different angles while keeping you thoroughly entertained. If you are the type of person who likes for your thoughts to be tested in unique and unexpected ways, get this book!!

Actual reader review: Characters come vividly to life and cause a visceral reaction to them as though they are genuinely alive. It was an experience for me to read a book with such familiar territory, including the Cooper Street Exit 139 and imagining the locale under the novel's circumstances. Though the genre is not one I normally follow, this book has so much food for thought philosophically that it held my interest all the way and still has me thinking. The whole good and evil and warring theme sure is relevant to the events of America and the world-at-large today!
